The fundamental goal of Path and Purpose Mentoring is to encourage people to become knowledgeable about—and responsible for—their own life. A mentor/coach helps individuals reach their optimal quality of life by supporting a process of change through prompts, activities, and perspective shifting. A mentor/coach is an accountability partner who holds space and guides an individual to uncover what they are looking for.
A mentor/coach is trained to evaluate your life and business needs and make recommendations. No comment or recommendation from your mentor/coach should be construed as a medical diagnosis or prescription. As as a participant in life and business coaching you will work with your mentor/coach to create and set clear and measurable goals as well as make a sincere commitment to make changes in your life. If you are not willing to make changes, coaching is not the right approach for you. Since every human being is unique and motivation and commitment varies, we cannot guarantee any specific result from our programs.
If you suffer from a medical, pathological or psychological condition, you need to consult with an appropriate healthcare provider. A coach is not a substitute for your family physician or other appropriate healthcare provider.
Every client is a unique individual, and it is not possible to determine in advance how you will respond to coaching. Stay in contact with your coach so they can stay abreast of your progress and provide the best course of action going forward. Communication improves this and all processes.
